Full Time Teen Ministry Director
City Impact, a faith based nonprofit ministering to youth and families in Lincoln’s urban neighborhoods, is looking to hire a full time Teen Ministry Director to oversee and continue to develop our Sunday night Impact Leadership Academy (ILA) program. The Impact Leadership Academy is designed to teach teens biblical essentials and empower them to use their God-given gifts to impact their world. Primary responsibilities of the Teen Ministry Director include program development; program management including hiring, training, and management of staff and volunteers; program promotion; clear communication and relational engagement with teens, staff, volunteers, and parents; curriculum development; event planning; and development of adult volunteer Directional Teams and Work Teams which provide leadership and oversight for all facets of the Impact Leadership Academy. Full Time Children & Youth Leadership Director
City Impact, a faith based nonprofit ministering to youth and families in Lincoln’s urban neighborhoods, is looking to hire a full time Teen Leadership Director to oversee and continue to develop strengths-based leadership programs for teens involved in our Impact Leadership Academy program. The Impact Leadership Academy is designed to teach teens biblical essentials and empower them to use their God-given gifts to impact their world. Primary responsibilities of the Teen Leadership Director include management of current youth leadership programs (youth leadership teams, peer mentoring, strengths coaching) including resourcing student-driven initiatives as needed; hiring, training, and management of program staff and volunteers; development of new youth leadership programs and curriculum; clear communication and relational engagement with teens, staff, volunteers, and parents; and development of adult volunteer Directional Teams and Work Teams which provide leadership and oversight for all facets youth leadership development. Part-Time Youth Program Reading Lab Coordinator Grades K-5
City Impact, a faith based organization ministering to youth and families in Lincoln's urban neighborhoods, is seeking a part-time Reading Coordinator for grades K-5 to oversee the smooth operation of the Reading Lab at our after school reading program the Impact Reading Center. The Reading Lab uses interactive books, handheld games, and skill cards to engage students in a multi-sensory reading program. The Reading Coordinator will set up and tear down resources each day, manage students by keeping them on task and on schedule, organize materials, communicate with parents and volunteers, and complete additional responsibilities involved in the daily operation of an after-school youth program. The hours are Monday – Friday from 3:30 – 5:45P.M. (11.25 Hours/Week). Hourly pay is $10.25-$11.25 an hour based on education. For an application, please contact City Impact at tbowman@cityimpact.org.
